I act as your on-site representative. If I find or am alerted to an urgent issue, I will contact you immediately, assess the situation and coordinate the appropriate response with trusted local service providers.
Do you hold keys to my property?
Yes. Keyholding is included in both packages, allowing me to access the property at short notice when needed and ensuring a smooth preparation before your arrival.
How is the Property Coordination fee calculated?
For ongoing coordination, I charge €120/hour. For project-based supervision, a flat fee of 15% of the total project cost is often more suitable.
What does the Mallorca Home Setup Package include?
The package covers the complete practical setup of a newly purchased property: coordinating utility changeovers, helping with local registration, organising regular home services, and providing trusted local recommendations. It is a one-time flat fee of €1,000.
Do you cover all areas of Mallorca?
